1 stick plus 1 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg (8 oz.) Cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 oz Cool Whip
3 3/4 cup of milk
1 (6 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate pudding
4 oz Cool Whip

Grated Hershey Bar

Directions:
Melt margarine and add sugar, flour and 1 1/2 cups pecans. Mix well and press evenly into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix in bowl cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crust and chill. Mix in bowl milk and pudding mixes. Spread over cream cheese mixture and chill. Spread 4 ounces Cool Whip on top. Can be frozen.

Optional: Cover with pecans or grated Hershey bar.
