one box of puff poultry
one pound your favorite bulk sausage
1/2 cup minced fine onion
1/2 cup minced fine celery
salt and pepper to taste

Thaw pastry.
Mix sausage, onion, celery, S & P in a bowl
unfold puff pastry sheet on work surface and roll to approx. 10x12 does not need to be perfect. Spread 1/2 of all meat mixture on the pastry sheet and roll up jelly roll fashion long ways. Cut off the uneven ends and cut into scant1/2" slices roughly 22-24 slices.

Flatten them a little with palm of our hand Put on sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then flip over for 10 more minutes or until golden.
Freezes well.
