2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 Tbsp. melted butter. Add flour and beat well. Cover and let rise until double (2 hours).

In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar and orange rind.

When dough has doubled in size, divide dough in 2 halves. Roll each half in to a 12" circle. Brush dough with 1 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar and orange rind mixture over each circle. Cut circle into 12 wedges with a scissor. Roll each wedge into a crescent roll, starting with wide edge. Repeat with remaining dough. Place each roll, point side down in 3 rows in well-greased 9x13 pans. Cover; let rise in a warm place, about 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes until golden. Leave rolls in the pan.

To make glaze, combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. orange juice, 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup sour cream in a sauce pan over medium heat. Boil until thickened.

Pour glaze over baked rolls.
