4 large chicken breasts
1 large box Bisquick
1 stick butter
1 jar chicken gravy
Milk
Rolling pin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Remove, set aside. Clean and shred.

In large mixing bowl, mix Bisquick and milk to a dry sticky dough. Dust counter with Bisquick. Roll out dough, adding more Bisquick to keep from sticking, as needed. Roll out thin, then cut into squares.

Bring large pot of broth to a rapid boil. Add dough squares slowly into boiling broth, just a few at a time. Reduce heat to slow boil and add chicken. When thickened, add butter, gravy, and salt & pepper to taste. Let simmer about 20 minutes, watching closely and stirring often.
