16 Slices White Bread
1 lb. Diced Ham (or sausage)
2 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 C. Swiss Cheese, grated
8 Eggs
3 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
3 C. Crushed Cornflakes
1/2 C. Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crust off the slices and cut the bread in half.
In a 13x9" casserole, spray the inside with Pam.
Put a layer of the bread on the bottom.
Cover with a layer of ham (sausage).
Add a layer of the cheeses mixed together.
Repeat until all is used.

Combine in a separate bowl, eggs, onion salt, mustard, and milk. Mix well.
Pour over the layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, take off the cover. Pour crushed cornflakes on top and pour melted butter over the cornflakes.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.

Cover with several layers of foil, wrap in a towel, and bring to work!
