¾ c Arboro Rice
1.2 L milk
½ c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon stick and powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add rice, cinnamon stick and milk in heavy pot and cook until boils (stir regularly).
2. Once boiling turn down heat and cook for 40 min, the mixture should thicken on its own
3. If the mixture is too thin, add a small amount of cornstarch in water and cook 2 more minutes.
4. Add sugar and vanilla and place in serving bowls then dust with powdered cinnamon.
