Crumble:
3/4 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Filling:
6-7 cups sliced peaches (can also substitute apples for an apple crisp)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter to make crumble mixture.

In a saucepan, bring sugar, cornstarch and water to a full boil. Cook until clear. Add almond extract.

Peel and slice peaches.

Press half of the crumble mixture into a greased 9x13 pan or glass casserole. Layer fruit slices on top. Pour sauce over fruit. Top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes until fruit is fully cooked and bubbly around edges.
