2 pound corned beef brisket

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon horseradish

Directions:
Place corned beef in a pot, cover with water, add the seasoning package to the water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours. You can also put this in a crock pot, cooked on high for 4 hours. In a saucepan, melt the butter and then whisk in the remaining ingredients. Bring up to a boil and remove from heat, set aside. Heat your grill to medium high heat, remove the brisket from the water, blot dry with paper towel. Place the brisket on the grill, brushing it with the sauce and turning to evenly brown the sauce all over. After about 10 minutes remove from the grill and allow to rest for an additional 10 minutes before slicing. You can serve with any remaining sauce.
