2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c milk
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 sliced bread, cut into small cubes
2/3 c carrots, shredded
2/3 c onion, chopped
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs hamburger
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c ketchup
1 T mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, bread.
Add carrots, onion, cheese, hamburger. Mix well.
Shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes.
I line a 9/13 with foil for easy clean up.
While the meatloaf is baking, mix together brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Spread over the top of the meatloaf and return to the oven for 15 minutes longer.
Serve.

Best. Meatloaf. Ever. The kids even love it. I usually leave out the carrots because they don't really like those in it. And I make more of the sauce to use for dipping if anyone wants it.
