2 TBS mayonnaise
2 TBS chopped tender herbs
(whatever you have-- basil, chives, parsley)
2 tsp white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
2 TBS minced shallot or red onion
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Drizzle over veggies.
