1 lb. or so of fresh green beans
1-2 tbls.olive oil and touch of sesame oil
4-5 fresh garlic
1-2 tbls.sesame seeds-toasted or black
1 tbls.butter
fresh ground sea salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan or wok heat 2 tbls. olive oil and sesame oil if you have it.
Add in fresh green beans
Using a garlic press, add a couple (or more) cloves of garlic and 2 tbls. toasted or black sesame seeds.
toss around until coated and keep tossing until just done. Add in the 1 tbls. of butter just before serving. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper.
