2 tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups blueberries
1/3 c. milk
Nutmeg and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Add flour and baking powder alternating with milk.
Beat the egg whites until stiff picks form. Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Once the egg whites are incorporated, lightly fold in the blueberries. Spread the batter into a 9 inch square pan and sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
