1 pork shoulder picnic roast (about 3 pounds or so)
Garlic powder
Onion Powder

BBQ Sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roast in a roasting pan and sprinkle generously with spices. Cover with lid or tightly cover with foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 hours. Take roast out of oven and pull off any excess fat. Shred meat with fork.

Meanwhile, place all sauce ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over shredded meat. Serve on buns.
