1½ pounds Sirloin beef, cut in strips
1 tablespoon chopped onions
2 tablespoons fat or oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can or fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups meat stock or 2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
¼ cup water
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat in heavy skillet, add meat and brown. Add stock, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and simmer until meat is tender approximately one hour. Make a smooth paste of flour and water. Add to meat mixture, cook and stir until sauce is smooth and thickened. Before serving, add sour cream and blend. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
