1 1/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 C Butter, softened
3/4 C Sugar
3/4 C packed Brown Sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 C Old-fashioned Oats
1 2/3 C (11 oz) Butterscotch Morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a separate, large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir in oats and morsels.

Bars:
Grease a 13x9 in cake pan. Spread the mixture in the pan. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until light brown on the top. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Cookies:
Drop rounded tablespoon of mixture onto ungreased, baking sheets. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crispy cookies. Cool on the sheets for 2 minutes before removing onto a cooling rack.
