1 package Cream cheese, 6 ounce
1 pound Sharp or cheddar cheese
1 cup Pecans
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Chili Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Grind cheese, garlic, nuts and cream cheese. Blend with hands. Add mayonnaise, to soften, you may need to add a bit more as you work this together. Shape into a ball (I make two balls). Roll in the chili powder on wax paper, until the outside of the ball is coated with chili powder. Chill
