1 cup Prepared horseradish, drained
1 cup Sour cream
½ pint Whipping cream
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper (be sure to use white)
3 tablespoons Lemon juice or white vinegar
4 slices White bread, remove crust and chop fine
(DO NOT use Sour Dough Bread)

I don't usually share this recipe, but since you are FAMILY, I hope you enjoy it. Place all ingredients in mixer and blend well for one minute. Taste and correct seasonings. You may want to use more horseradish. This makes a lot but it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one month. Wonderful on prime rib or spread thick on a beef sandwich. Have also used it as a dip for ham cubes,
