10 russet potatoes
1 1/4 heavy cream
1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Slice up the potatoes about a 1/4 inch thick, in a large bowl, mix the potatoes, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir until all the potatoes are coated. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, then stack about 10 to 12 potato slices into each muffin cup. Place in oven and cook about 60 minutes or until potatoes are soft and fully browned. Allow to cool slightly, serve with sour cream.
