Seasoning Mix
1 T dried minced onion
1 T cornstarch
1 1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
1 T dried parsley
2 t green pepper flakes
1/4 t dried minced garlic
3/4 t Italian seasoning
1 t dried oregano

1 pound ground beef
2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
6 ounce can tomato paste
2 3/4 cups tomato juice or water
Spaghetti for 4 to 6 servings
Parmesan cheese, for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients of seasoning mix, in an airtight container. Makes 1/3 cup.

Make spaghetti per package instructions.

Brown one pound ground beef; drain. Add 28 ounce cans tomato sauce, a 6 ounce can tomato paste, two and three force cup tomato juice or water and the seasoning mix to the peeve; simmer sauce for 30 minutes, Stirring OK so only. Serve over prepared spaghetti.
