1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup water
1 cup minute white rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup cheddar cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 375º
2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
3. Stir together chicken, soup, water, rice, onion powder and black pepper in mixing bowl.
4. Pour mixture into shallow baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, stir occasionally
5. Bake until chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed .
6, Uncover and add shredded cheese to mixture and bake until melted ( Add more shredded cheese if desired)
* add fresh, canned, or frozen vegetables into soup mixture if desired
