2 pounds Stew Beef, cubed
1½ ounce package Onion Soup Mix
2 cups Carrots, peeled and cubed (Or cut up baby carrots)
2 cups Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cans of Tomato Soup
1⅓ cups Water
1 tablespoon Salt (Or whatever you deem fit)
½ tablespoon Pepper
( You can also add corn and/or green beans)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
