Directions:
Pour chicken broth into a large cooking pot. Heat. Put in cream of celery soup, celery and butter. Stir and cook until butter is melted and liquids are boiling. Spoon in cooked sausage and the crawfish and shrimp. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour in stuffing mix and crumbled cornbread. Stir and let breads absorb the liquids, (might need to add more broth). Beat 2 eggs and quickly stir into the mix. Pour about a half a cup of milk and stir until eggs and milk are mixed in. Pour into a greased baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour or until dressing is deep golden brown.
