4 C. flour
1 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. raisins
3/4 lb. walnuts
1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 lb. peach jam
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarines - add eggs, sifted flour and baking powder. In another bowl - mix jam nuts and raisins.
Roll 1/2 of dough at a time. Roll out pretty thin - spread nut and fruit mixture (1/2 at a time). Roll like a jelly roll. Cut in inch slices and put in cupcake cups. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. (use lots of flour on board, hands and rolling pin).
