1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon Confectioners sugar
½ cup Sour cream, room temp
(use a good quality sour cream, it makes a difference)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, combine heavy cream and sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sour cream and mix until very thick. Place in refrigerator and chill until time to serve. If made ahead of time, it will keep in the refrigerator up to 4 hours. (I have kept it longer than 4 hours). Makes 1½ cups. Love it with gingerbread scones. Try fresh strawberries dipped in it, Also great on Christmas plum puddings.
