¼ cup rubbing alcohol to ¾ cup water. Pour into plastic bag (Ziploc Brand recommended since it is water tight). Freeze. To apply: pack entire area to be treated with Ziploc ice bags. Insert bags into a pillow case. Put directly on skin. Apply for 30 minutes before doing exercises. Treat area 2-3 times a day. You will feel cold for the first 5-7 minutes (vasoconstriction).
