2 ripe bananas, whipped
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup cream
2 cups 2% milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 stick of cinnamon
1 tablespoon essence

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all liquids, add whipped bananas and cinnamon stick to mixture.
Add ice cream, mix for 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle nutmeg.
Add crushed ice, garnish with lemon or pineapple and serve.
