1 C Sugar
1 C Raw peanuts
1/2 C White Karo
1/8 t Salt
1 T Butter
1 t Vanilla
1 t Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1-1/2 glass bowl, combine sugar, peanuts & salt. Cook on high 6-9 minutes or until lightly brown, stirring every 4 minutes. Ad butter and vanilla and stir well. Cook on high 1-3 minutes or to 300º. Add baking soda and stir well. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. Cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
