¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar (I use red wine)
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root or ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed (I use fresh)
¼ cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in strips. Combine ingredients and mix well. Place in shallow pan (or zip lock bag) and pour sauce over, let stand for 6 hours or longer, turning several times. Drain and broil over charcoal or in range about 2 minutes on each side for rare, 3-4 minutes for medium.
