2 C flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 C chopped nuts
1/2 C oatmeal
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Mix together flour, oatmeal, melted butter and nuts. Spread mixture on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Crumble up while hot. Spread 1/2 cooked crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle jar of topping over crumbs. Then spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream over topping. Spread rest of crumbs over all and freeze over night.
