Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 loaves of frozen bread dough, thawed. I have used the prepared pizza dough as well.
2 pkg. of sliced pepperoni
2 pkg. of Swiss cheese
2 pkg. of Cheddar cheese, shredded. You can use any cheese you prefer.
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the bread or pizza dough to a good sized circle. Use one pkg. of each pepperoni and the cheeses for each loaf. Place the pepperoni evenly on dough. Next spread the two kinds of cheeses over the pepperoni, and sprinkle enough pepper on so you know you have pepper on it. (this of course is added to your own taste). Roll up length wise and place on a cookie sheet ( put a small amount of olive oil on the pan first, where the dough will be) and also brush some olive coil on top of bread dough. Bake 350 for approx. 20 mins. or longer. I know it's done when I tap on the top of the loaf and it feels hard, and it will be slightly browned. You will need 1 cookie sheet for each loaf.
