2 lbs. 8oz whole wheat flour
2oz dry milk
pinch of ground fennel seed
pinch of ground almond meal
pinch of ground alfala
pinch of ground oat meal
sprinkle of apricot oil
2 3/4 cup hot tap water
2 pks yeast
1 lb of honey
4 1/2 teas. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 352

Mix all ingredients in order as above.
Kneed for 5 minutes
put in butter bowl
turn once
let rise for 4 hours
turn out on board and separate into 4 pieces
roll each piece out and up jelly roll fashion, making a loaf
put into a small loaf pan, let rise 2 hours
bake for 20 minutes on 352º
