¼ c. Butter, softened
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Coconut Extract
2 T. Cream of Coconut
Pinch of Salt
1-½ c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Shredded Coconut
6-8 ounces of chocolate candy melts or semi-sweet chocolate

Toppings:
Sprinkles or shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter until smooth. Mix in extracts, cream of coconut and salt. Slowly add the powdered sugar until it's mixed. Add shredded coconut.

2. Drop tablespoon sized balls on wax paper and roll into balls. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.

3. Melt chocolate and dip each ball into melted chocolate. Place on lined cookie sheet.

4. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Chill until set.

5. Serve at room temperature.
