2-⅔ c. All-purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
½ tsp. Salt
2 c. Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 c. Butter or Margarine
2 Large Eggs at room temperature
1 T. Vanilla Extract

Topping:
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 T. Sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350ºF and lightly grease a 9x13 pan.

2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar.

4. Add eggs and vanilla.

5. Stir in flour mixture until combined.

6. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.

7. Combine the topping cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over the batter.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the surface springs back when gently pressed. They will be firmer and raised around the edges and sinking in the middle.

9. Let the Blondies cool completely before cutting.
