1 sourdough baguette (18" long)
6 strips bacon
5 large eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 green onions, chopped
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy.

Cut the middle section out of the baguette, and reserve. Cut the reserved centre into cube sized pieces, to be used later.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, spices, green onion, and 1/3 cup cheese in a large bowl. Once well combined, drop in the bread cubes. Stir around, making sure all pieces are completely coated with the egg mixture.

Take the bacon, and layer it on the inside of your hollowed out bread. Then pour the egg/bread mixture on top of the bacon. Push it down so you can fit it all in. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake until eggs are cooked and top begins to brown.

Cut into 1" slices.
