2 # venison cubes
1 # bacon
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
water chestnuts, optional
garlic powder and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in half, wrap around venison cubes and secure with a toothpick. Place in cast iron pan, if possible, cover with 2 C water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Simmer hard until almost all of the liquid is gone. Turn the heat down, cover and cook until meat is browned. Meat will be very rich.
