3 lbs beef with bone
3 quarts water
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 cup potatoes
1 cup green beans
1 cup cabbage
1 cup turnips
28 ounce can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions:

Cook beef with bone in oil until browned on each side. Bring water to a boil and add beef. Not sure how long you cook this (maybe 1 hour) and add vegetables and cook another hour. That's my guess...

This can be frozen but is better fresh. Don't forget to take the bones out. You can make and freeze the broth and then thaw and add the vegetables when you're ready to make.
