1 pound butter
12 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 more cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 pound butter until it is very hot. Boil butter until it is a little brown. Watch carefully. Cover a while.
Crack one dozen eggs into bowl and beat eggs with a mixer.
Add 2 cups sugar and beat with eggs until lemon colored. Add hot butter & mix.
Slowly add at least 3 cups sifted flour and 2 tsp vanilla and continue beating until mixture is the thickness of cake batter.
Then stir in one more cup of flour by hand until batter drips off spoon like a heavy cake batter.
Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into balls and bake on a Bratzeli iron.
