Two greased loaf pans.
3/4 cup Butter softened
2 cups Sugar
3 Large eggs or 4 small
2 tbsp Molasses
2/3 cup Orange Juice
2 cups Pumpkin, canned or fresh
1 tsp vanilla

3 1/3 cups, plus 1 tsp of Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter at a medium speed.
Gradually add the sugar.
Beat in one egg at a time into the butter/ sugar mixture
Add the molasses, orange juice, pumpkin, and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients separately.
Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture.
Add nuts now if desired.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
