1 pkg. stove top stuffing - prepared
4 chicken breasts - cubed or chunks
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack ritz crackers - crushed
1/2 c. butter - melted
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
mix together sour cream & cream of chicken soup & pour over chicken - crush crackers & mix with butter & poppy seeds - in a 9 x 13 pan layer stuffing - chicken mixture - cracker mixture - can sprinkle with cheese - bake for 40 minutes @ 350º
