1 lb. chicken - cooked
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken
2-3 pkg. crescent rolls
green onions (optional)
lemon pepper
grated cheese (optional)

Directions:
mix together cream cheese, cream of chicken, chicken, onions, pepper & cheese - unroll pkg. of rolls - put about 1 tbsp. mixture onto each roll - fold up like a diaper - put on cookie sheet & bake @ 375º for about 10 minutes or until golden brown
