1 1/2 lb. meat (ground or shredded-beef, chicken, turkey or pork)
2/3 c. salsa
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions - diced
1 can green chilies
1/2 c. sour cream
6 flour tortillas
2 tbsp. melted butter or olive oil

granish - tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream

Directions:

preheat oven to 450º - saute meat until cooked through & starting to brown- add salsa, cumin, oregano & green chilies - simmer on low heat until liquid has evaporated - remove from heat & let cool 5 minutes - stir in sour cream & cheese
lay tortillas on wax paper & brush both sides with melted butter - spoon 1/6th of the filling into center of tortilla and fold - put seam side down on non stick sheet pan - space so they do not touch - bake 20-25 minutes or until golden & crisp - sprinkle with cheese & return to oven to melt - serve with garnishes
