1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. lime zest
1 1/2 tsp. honey
2 garlic cloves - minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce or to taste
1 lb. tilapia fillets

Sauce
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. lime zest
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4. tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
whisk together above ingredients (except tilapia) - put tilapia in frying pan and pour mixture over fish - cook on medium heat until easily flakes with a fork- turning once (about nine minutes) - while cooking mix the sauce

assemble tacos by placing fish pieces in the center of tortillas with desired amounts of tomatoes, cilantro, avocado and cabbage - drizzle with sauce - garnish with lime wedges
