1 c Butter or Margarine
1 c Sugar
1 Egg, separated
2 c Gold Medal© All Purpose Flour
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 T Water
1/2 c Very Finely Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Lightly grease a jelly roll pan (15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1).
Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Measure flour and sift. Blend flour and cinnamon and stir into butter mixture.

Pat into pan.

Beat water and egg white until frothy and brush over dough.
Sprinkle with nuts.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut immediately into finger like strips.
