½ c Vegetable Oil
2 c Brown Sugar (packed)

3½ c Flour
2 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
1 t Cinnamon

½ c Cold Water
1 c Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oil and brown sugar.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with cold water.
Stir in nuts.

Knead well and shape into roll, wrap with wax paper.
Chill for several hours or overnight.

Slice and bake at 400º for 6 minutes. Remove from baking sheet as soon as they come from oven.
