3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb cheese grated
4 cups fresh spinach

tear spinach into bite size pieces. Melt butter in a 7x11 inch pan. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over melted butter
