1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoning
4 pieces of Cube Steak
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup of water with beef base or bouillon cube
1 can Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients, roll meat in flour mixture and brown steak in butter and remove when all brown

Add 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp of flour and let brown. Mix liquid and soup and let it all mix together well. Add meat and gravy together and bake for 2 to 3 hrs depending onn the amount you make. 350º

When I make it I use the family size of soup for 12 pieces of meat.(I also increase the water mixture to 6 cups and just add flour and butter to adjust)

This is a family favorite and I also made it every year for Firemens dinner. It is hard to put into a small bathch because I never make it for less than 12 it seems!!
