2 1/2 Cups Crisco Oil
3 Cups Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cups Molasses
6 3/4 Cups Flour
3 Tsp Cinnamon
6 Tsp Baking soda
1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oil and Brown Sugar well add eggs and beat until well blended, add Molasses. Add the rest of the ingredients. This is a very stiff batter and I use my dough hook to add the last half of the flour mixture.

Shape into balls and roll in sugar.

Bake at 350ºn for 10 min or until spread out, puffy and starting to crack on top.
