1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1/2 red onion. chopped
1 c. golden raisins, plumped (let sit in water until plumped)
1 bottle of Betty Crocker "BacOs"
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise (regular or vegan)

Directions:
Directions:
Break the broccoli into small florets. Add all of the remaining ingredients except "BacOs". Mix and let the salad and refrigerate for several hours prior to serving. When ready to serve, top salad generously with "BacOs".

My mom made this often when company came over for dinner when I was growing up in the 70s. Was always a hit with everybody.
