"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Fresh zucchini
olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cut fresh zuccini in half lengthwise.

2.Brush cut side with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder (my favorite is Montreal seasoning as it has everything in it!)

3. Optional: make diagonal shallow scores across the cut side in order to hold the oil and seasoning

4. Place cut side down on hot grill.

5. Cook until light grill marks on cut side and slightly soft. Careful that you do not overcook it. It should be crunchy!

6. Place zucchini in bowl. Cut with kitchen scissors or knife into bite size pieces.

7. Sprinkle wine vinegar over zucchini and season to taste. Allow to sit for a bit in order to enhance the flavors.

8. Eat as a side dish or snack!
