2 pounds of brussell sprouts...
Deep pot of boiling water, salted...

Sauce

1/4 cup sour cream...
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt..
1 T Dijon mustard...
2 T fresh lemon juice...
1/4 t garlic powder...
1 t oregano, dried...
Salt and pepper, to taste...

Directions:
Directions:
Once cleaned, add brussell sprouts to boiling water, cook 10 minutes or until soft...
Set Brussells in cold water to stop cooking process...
Drain, set aside...

Sauce

In a deep bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir to mix well..
Add the brussells and heat in microwave , if needed for about 45 seconds, stir and serve..
Enjoy!
